Description : Bessler Model 100
Residential and commercial installations, schools, offices, churches, stores.
Easy operation. Safe and convenient use. Superbly engineered for maximum stability. Responds to the lightest touch. Models and sizes to suit most any budget and space requirement. 400 to 800 lbs. load capacities.

MODEL 100 Our very best. Solid one-piece stringers and treads of selected 1x8 dried yellow pine. Ladder rod under each tread for added strength and rigidity. 1 3/8" GRADE A Hollow Core Door. Ladder width is 18 7/8". Full length handrail. Shipping weight approximately 190 pounds.

Bessler Models 20-70
The finest disappearing stairways ever built. Especially designed for the prestige home, but many are found in commercial installations such as schools, churches, office buildings, etc.

MODEL 70 Solid one piece stringers and treads of selected 1 x 6 yellow pine. Treads supported by ladder rods under each. Grade A 1 & 3/8" hollow core door panel. Full size handrail. Ladder width 18 & 7/8". Shipping weight approximately 95 lbs.

MODEL 30 TRUSS**Same construction as model 40 except it is specially designed to fit between 24" O.C. truss ceilings. Because of limited space, this unit requires rough and finished opening to be the same as the panel opening shown in chart below.

MODEL 20 The most compact of all the Bessler stairs equipped with solid, one piece stringers and treads. Made of high quality selected 1 x 4 yellow pine stringers and treads. Ladder width 17 & 1/16". Bessler Model 26
MODEL 26
Specifically designed for use in place of conventional folding attic ladders
Partially assembled for quick and efficient installation. Stairway pre-attached to 6-3/4" frame. Fasten stairway to pre-installed hardware. attach 3 treads and you're ready to go.
High quality one-piece stringers and treads made of 1" and 6" yellow pine. Ladder width is 17 1/16" on Model 26, and 14" on model 26T.
Ladder rods under each tread. Includes full length handrail. Shipping weight 85 lbs.
Hydraulic dampened door closure, mounted on a 1 3/8" GRADE A Hollow Core Door.
Model 26 Truss

Identical to Model 26 except that the 26 truss is specially designed to fit between 24" O.C. truss ceilings.
